摘要
知识服务模式研究现状是多种模式并存,服务内容越来越丰富,但存在应用研究较少、资源分布分散的问题。针对问题提出了图书馆知识服务模式应朝着服务方式数字化、加强联合服务、构建一站式知识服务平台和利用知识地图进行知识服务的方向发展。
The research on the knowledge service pattern showed that now there coexisted multiple patterns, and is service content became increasingly rich. But the problems still existed, e.g., lacking applied researches, scattering distribution of resources. In order to solve the problems, the pattern of knowledge service should move towards the digitalized service, meanwhile strengthen service cooperation, construct the one-stop knowledge service platform, and use knowledge map.
