摘要
web2.0时代网络信息的全新特性给高校辅导员思想政治工作的开展带来全新的机遇和挑战,面对网络信息的极速传播,高校辅导员利用网络开展思想政治工作还面临着网络信息传播缺乏新意和互动性,以及专业人才不足的危机,创新web2.0环境下高校辅导员思想政治工作,必须强化辅导员的网络引导作用,强化相关制度建设和对大学生的网络素养教育,培养网络专业人才,营造辅导员网络思想政治工作的强大阵容。
The new characteristics of web2.0 network information age bring new opportunities and challenges to the development of College Counselors＇ Ideological and political work, facing the rapid spread of internet information, on using the network to carry out ideological and po- litical work college counselors are facing the lack of new ideas and interaction in the network in- formation transmission, as well as the crisis in the shortage of professional talents. Therefore, college counselors are supposed to innovate the ideological and political work under web2.0 en- vironment, by strengthening their network guidance, promoting the relevant system construc- tion and enhancing the student network literacy education, and training the network profes- sionals, to realize a strong network ideological and political work system of college counselors.
