摘要 为克服目前市场上普通提花遮光面料遮光效果差,色牢度差,组织结构和风格样式单一等不足,本研究选用原液着色涤纶低弹丝为原料,通过大提花喷水织机织造和精炼整理,开发出一种既能够保留传统遮光布高遮光、透气、手感柔软的特性,同时又能够产生丰富色彩和组织变化的提花遮光面料,在此基础上,对开发的多款不同纬密的提花遮光面料进行了遮光性能测试,遮光率均达到99%以上。 In order to overcome the disadvantages of ordinary shading jacquard fabrics in current market such as poor shading effect, poor color fastness, single organizational structure and style, this paper chose dope-dyed Polyester drawn textured yam as the raw material and developed a kind of shading jacquard fabrics which could retain the characteristics of traditional shading cloth including high shading, permeability and soft feeling and meanwhile produce abundant colors and structural changes through jacquard water jet loom and refined treatment. On this basis, shading performance test was carried out for multiple types of shading jacquard fabrics with different weft densities. The results showed the shading rate exceeded 99 %.
