摘要
对慈善资源分配应该追求公平还是效率这一问题的探讨,使得人们一些潜在的价值论、认识论和方法论层面的伦理观念彰显出来。在慈善资源分配问题上具有两种代表性的观点:一种观点认为,生命无价,慈善资源应该公平分配给每位需要者;另一种观点认为,有限的慈善资源分配首先应该考虑效率运用。对两种观点及其伦理依据进行了批判性反思,并通过对罗尔斯的正义论、诺齐克的"持有正义"理论以及哈贝马斯的商谈伦理的分析,寻找解决慈善资源分配分歧问题的合理性方法。
There has been the controversy that whether justices or efficiency.9 These arguments have revealed people＇s charity resources should be distributed in pursuit of subconscious ethnic values in terms of axiology, epistemology and methodology. In the charity resource allocation problems had two kinds of representative views： a kind of view, life priceless, charity resources should be fair distribution to each do; Another viewpoint, the limited charity resources should be considered first application efficiency. Based on John Rawls＇s Justice, Nozick＇s Held Justices and Habermas＇s Discourse Ethics, the author explored and attempted to find a more rational approach to solve the dispute about the distribution of charity resources.
