摘要
志愿者行动与医学活动的价值追求具有一致性,其不仅利于医师职业精神培养方法的多元化,也有利于提升医师职业精神培养的实效性。某医学院校基于志愿者行动对培养医师职业精神的意义,对部分临床专业学生进行调查,发现志愿者行动机制存在以下问题:对学生培训不充分;学校与医院沟通、协调不充分;对志愿者行动社会宣传不充分。进而提出建立组织与培训机制、管理与反馈机制、总结与激励机制等措施,以完善志愿者行动机制,提高培养医师职业精神的实效性。
Volunteer action and the value the physician professionalism also share many pursuit of medical activities have consistency, volunteer spirit and commonalities. Volunteer action helps in physician professionalism cultivate method diversification, but also could improve physician professionalism training. A medical college investigated some clinical professional students based on the significance of volunteer action to the cultivation of physician＇s professionalism, found that volunteer action mechanism the following problems exist： inadequate training to students; schools and hospitals have inadequate communication, coordination, and social propaganda of volunteer action. And then proposed the organization and training mechanism, management and feedback mechanism, summary and incentive mechanism, in order to improve the volunteer action mechanism, improve the training effectiveness of medical professionalism.
