导电碳纤维抗凝冰路面除冰性能比较研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对贵州抗凝冰路面,利用ANSYS建立了2种导电碳纤维抗凝冰沥青路面有限元模型.在相同的外界条件下,分别计算了2种路面在200,300,400,500,600 W/m2的输入功率时的升温性能及升温曲线,并将碳纤维-玻纤格栅抗凝冰沥青路面有限元模型模拟结果与实体模型试验结果进行了对比,验证了模型的准确性.将2种抗凝冰路面发热性能进行了分析比较.结果表明,碳纤维-玻纤格栅抗凝冰沥青路面升温效率更快、热能利用更高. For Guizhou anti-ice pavement,the paper using ANSYS built two kinds of finite element model of conductive carbon fiber anti-ice asphalt pavement.In the next section,heating performance and heating curve were calculated at 200W/m2,300W/m2,400W/m2,500W/m2 and 600W/m2 input power in the same external conditions,and compared the simulation results of carbon fiber-glass fiber grille anti-ice asphalt pavement to that of the physical model to verify the accuracy of the finite element model.Finally,the heating performance of two anti-ice pavements was analyzed and compared.The results show that the efficiency of carbon fiber-glass fiber grille anti-ice asphalt pavement has faster heating efficiency and higher energy use.
