摘要
采用群体遗传学研究方法,对河南汉族400例(男200例,女200例)正常人4项群体遗传学特征(拇指类型、环食指长、指甲形状、足趾长)进行调查,使用SPSS 17.0软件对调查数据进行统计学分析.结果表明:河南汉族过伸型拇指、环指长、扁型指甲、拇趾长的出现率分别为43.75%、78.50%、7.00%、58.50%,指甲形状男女性别间有显著性差异;与其他族群比较,河南汉族过伸型拇指出现率处于较高水平,拇趾长率处于中等水平,扁型指甲出现率处于较低水平,环指长率属于低水平;拇指类型与指甲形状两性状特征间有相关性.
400 samples(200 males,200 females) of Han nationality in Henan were investigated to study the occurrence of 4 human genetic characters,including thumb type,palmar digital formula,finger nail type and plantar digital formula of Han nationality in Henan.Statistics data analyzed by SPSS 17.0 showed that the frequency of the hyperextension thumb,ring-finger-longer,squat-shaped and big toes was 43.75%,78.50%,7.00%,58.50% respectively.There was significant sexual difference in the frequency of finger nail type,but for the other characters the difference was not found.Comparing with other ethnic groups,Han in Henan had a higher frequency of hyperextension thumb,middle level frequency of big toes,lower frequency of squat-shaped and the low level of ring-finger-longer.Analysis revealed that thumb type and finger nail type was correlated statistically.
