摘要
采用冷冻干燥法制备多孔羟基磷灰石/壳聚糖复合材料,并对样品进行X射线衍射分析和电子显微镜扫描。实验结果表明,壳聚糖与无机盐相对含量对材料的成型性、孔道结构及强度有重要影响,当壳聚糖与氯化钙质量比大于1:0.9时可以得到成型性较好,孔道分布较均匀且三维贯通的多孔材料。
The hydroxyapatite/chitosan composite were prepared via freeze -drying technology , and analyses the structure and morphology of the samples by X - ray diffractometry and scanning electron microscope. The experimental results show that the relative content of chitosan and inorganic salts plays significant roles on the materials formability, porous structure and intensity. When the mass ratio of chitosan to calcium chloride is more than 1:0.9, well forming, uniform and 3 - dimentional connective porous materials could be formed.
