摘要
目的 :探讨肾移植患者避免长期使用激素的可能性。方法 :对 9例联合应用 FK50 6及骁悉 (MMF)的肾移植患者于术后 6～ 8个月停用激素 ,并进行了随访。结果 :9例患者无急性排斥反应发生 ,大多数激素引起的症状改善。结论 :在 FK50 6和 MMF的基础上逐渐停用激素是安全的。
Purpose:To avoid using steroid in long term and decrease its side effects.Methods:We analyzed the data of 9 cases of patients whose immunosuppressive therapy were based on FK506 and MMF. Steroid has been withdrawn in 6 to 8 months after kidney transplantation.Results:All patients have been followed-up. The results indicated that no patient exhibited any acute rejection episode, and the side effects of steroid were diminished.Conclusions:We believe that withdrawal of steroid on basis of FK506 and MMF may be safe, and further investigations are necessary.
