摘要
四氯化锡是合成许多有机锡产品的重要原料。原有合成工艺采用金属锡丝与氯气气固反应,需要耗用大量的金属锡,且反应收率低。改进后采用金属锡直接熔化后与氯气气液反应,反应收率和质量都有较大的提高,解决了游离氯存在而影响下游产品的质量和收率的问题。
Stannic chloride is important raw material for many organic tin products synthesis.Original synthesis of metal tin wire and chlorine gas - solid reaction would involve large amounts of Tin, and low response rates. Improved Using metal tin directly after melting and chlorine gas - liquid reaction, the reaction yield and quality has a larger increase, solved the problem which might affect the downstream products in free chlorine in the quality and yield problems.
