摘要
在老采空区上修建建筑物和道路时,一般都要对老采空区进行注浆加固。目前大多采用保护煤柱法确定老采空区处理范围,致使处理范围过大。通过附加应力的方法计算得到地基临界扰动深度估算公式,并基于关键层理论,对老采空区的未充分充填区域的大小进行计算,同时分析采空区跨度和未充分充填区域的关系,最终得出了不同采深、跨度的老采空区处理范围的相应分类计算方法,可为老采空区注浆处理范围的确定提供参考。
The mined-out area is usually treated by grouting before the construction of buildings, railways, highways and so on. Protective coal pillar method is frequently used to calculate the range of grouting filling in longwall mined-out area. However, this method will result in a large treatment range. Aiming at this problem, estimate formula of foundation critical disturbance depth is derived through the additional stress method. Using the key stratum theory, the partially filled range of longwall mined-out area is calculated. Then the relationships of mined-out area span and partially filled range is analyzed. As a result, calculation methods of grouting filling range for different depth and span of longwall mined-out area are obtained. This method provides a new reference for determining the grouting range.
