摘要
为了研究影响金融支持新农村建设的主要影响因素,根据哈尔滨市金融支持新农村建设现状,确定影响金融支持新农村建的13个主要因素,通过运用主成分分析法对该13个因素进行分析。结果表明:可将该13个因素归为两个主成分:第一成分为经济因素,包括哈尔滨市GDP、财政农林水事务支出、农村GDP、农村存款、农村贷款、农村固定资产投资、农村人口数、农村人均纯收入、农村人均消费支出、农村居民家庭劳动力文化程度、每百户有彩色电视的台数等11个因素;第二主成分为保险因素,包括农业保险收入和农业保险支出2个因素。因此,为了使金融更好的支持新农村建设,一要大力发展哈尔滨市基础经济,提高哈尔滨市GDP;二要大力支持农业经济发展,增加农村GDP;三要增加农业保险的收入与农业保险的支出,以此拉动经济增长。通过这三方面措施,促进哈尔滨市金融支持新农村建设又快又好发展。
In order to study the main factors affecting financial support to new countryside construction, according to the situation of financial support to new countryside construction in Harbin, determine the influence of financial support for the new rural construction, 13 main factors by using principal component analysis for the 13 factors were analyzed, and the results showed that the 13 factors could be classified into two main components： the first ingredient for economic factors, including Harbin GDP, finance following transaction expenditure and rural GDP, rural deposits and loans from rural, rural fixed asset investment, rural population, per capita net income of rural, rural per capita consumer spending, households rural labor force educational level, every hundred households have a color TV sets, 11 factors. The second principal component factors for insurance, including agricultural insurance income and agricultural insurance spending 2 factors. Therefore, in order to make better financial support to new countryside construction. Firstly, develop the foundation of Harbin economy, raising GDP in Harbin. Secondly, we must vigorously supported the development of agricultural economy, rural GDP increase. And lastly, we need to increase the income of agricultural insurance and agricultural insurance, in order to drive economic growth. Through these three aspects measure, promote the financial support of Harbin new countryside construction fast and good development.
