摘要
通过系统整理计算机检索维普、万方、CNKI、ISI Web of Knowledge数据库1990年以来收录的关于甘遂治疗重症恶性疾病临床及理论研究方面的文献,总结甘遂治疗重症恶性疾病的现状。结果显示甘遂对治疗重症急性胰腺炎、肝硬化、肠梗阻等重症恶性疾病有显著的疗效,但受到其强烈毒性的影响,甘遂的应用还没有得到大面积的推广。
Based on researching reports about Euphorbia kansui from 1990 up to now to cure malignant diseases in VIP,Wanfang,CNKI,and ISI Web of Knowledge Database,some review has been got on its curative effects.The results indicated Euphorbia kansui had potent effects on severe pancreatitis,hepatic cirrhosis,intestinal obstruction and other malignant diseases.However,because of its very strong toxins,the application of Euphorbia kansui was restricted.
