摘要
[目的]探讨细节护理管理在控制手术室感染方面的临床应用价值。[方法]我院手术室自2012年1月起实施细节护理管理量化管理方式,分析比较实施细节护理管理前后手术室感染情况及总体满意度。全面分析护理过程中可能造成医院感染的因素,找出存在的问题原因,探讨能改善和提高医院感染控制的方法和应对措施。[结果]实施细节护理管理量化管理方式后,医院感染率降低,总体满意度提升。[结论]细节护理管理在控制手术室感染方面具有重要作用。
Objective： To probe into the clinical application values of detail nursing management in operating room infection control. Methods.The op- erating room infection and overall satisfaction were analyzed and compared in the operating room before and after implementation of detail nursing management. And to analyze comprehensively the factors those may cause nosocomial infection during nursing and find out the reasons of existing problems, to explore ways and coping measures to improve the hospital in- fection control. Results： After implementation of details nursing manage- ment quantitative management methods, the hospital infection rates was reduced, the overall satisfaction was improved, the difference was statisti- cally significant （P ~ 0.05）. Conclusion： The detail nursing management plays an important role in operating room infection control. Only quantization was carried out in the details and detail was thought highly of in quantization,the hospital infection would be controlled to the lowest level.
