摘要
港珠澳大桥沉管预制工程采用工厂化预制工艺,管节混凝土采用全断面一次浇筑成型技术,该项技术国外仅一例,即厄勒海峡大桥,国内为首例。根据管节设计及施工特点,按照工厂化流水作业要求,优化工厂化沉管预制混凝土施工工艺,总结全断面混凝土施工成套技术。成品质量基本上达到了预期目标,安全可控。
The production of immersed tube sections for the Hong kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge is industrialized with concrete of a full tube section being cast at a time in factory, which is the first case of such production in China while the first and only case using such teehnology abroad is for the eonstruetion of Oresund Bridge. According to the design and construction characteristics, the eoustnlction technique for factory-prefabrication of immersed tube sections has been optimized and the technolo- gy for concrete-casting in full sections at a time has been fully recognized as a complete construetion technology. The quality of the finished product meets basically the expected quality target and the safety at productiou is well controllable.
