摘要
以广佛地铁12标工程为依托,根据盾构机刀盘的设计参数,给出了不同位置滚刀的允许磨损量。结合现场实测数据,给出了边滚刀磨损的主要原因,并提出了改造方案。结合现场掘进数据,分析了岩层掘进贯入度与刀盘转速的选用原则。研究结果表明:压柱式镶齿滚刀能较好地适用于红层掘进,增加有效掘进1倍以上;红层掘进应选用高贯入度,慢转速的掘进参数,以获得最佳的掘进效率。
Researches in this paper were focused on the construction under Contract Package 12 of Guangzhou-Foshan metro lines. The allowable wear loss of disc cutters in different locations were presented according to the design parameters of the shield cutter head. Combined with the field data, the main reason for the wear of edge discs and modification schemes were given. Based on the site excavation data, the selection principle for rock tunneling penetration and speed of cutter head were analyzed. The results of the researches indicate that the compression column type tungstem-carbide-tipped cutter was quite suitable for tunneling in the red beds, which can increase tunneling efficiency more than doubled. In order to get the best tunneling efficiency, the parameters for tunneling in the red beds with high penetration rate and low speed should be used.
