热轧带钢精轧工作辊的剥落失效与预防

摘要 论述了在热轧带钢生产过程中工作辊剥落失效的主要形式,包括马鞍形剥落、带状疲劳剥落、结合层处脱落、辊肩脱落等。采取措施避免轧辊产生应力集中和轧制过载、避免轧制事故如带钢与轧辊粘钢、以及制定合理的轧辊俢磨工艺、减少轧辊材料中的夹杂物等。从而为建立良好的轧辊利用和管理制度提供建议,以消除剥落,提高轧辊使用寿命。 In the article,it is discussed such main forms of spalling failure for working roils in production process of hot rolled strips as the spalling with the shape of a saddle, spa]ling of ribbon fatigue, binding course and roll shoulder. Thus, the measures should be adopted to avoid the rollers to be with stress concentration and rolling overload as well as such rolling accidents as hand steels and rolls are bonded. Moreover, the reasonable technology of grinding rolls should be established to reduce inclusions in the materials of roils, which could provide suggestions on establishing good system for utilizing and managing rolls to eliminate spalling so that the service life of roils could be improved.
