摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜下腺样体切除联合扁桃体切除及腭咽成形术治疗小儿鼾症的临床疗效。方法对72例扁桃体肥大合并腺样体肥大的小儿鼾症患者,采用鼻内镜下腺样体切除联合扁桃体切除及腭咽成形术治疗,观察其临床治疗效果。结果术后半年,所有患儿睡眠打鼾、张口呼吸、睡眠呼吸暂停等症状均明显改善,治愈54例(75%),好转18例(25%)。结论鼻内镜下腺样体切除联合扁桃体切除及腭咽成形术对小儿鼾症具有良好的临床治疗效果。
Objective To evaluate the effects of nasal endoscopicassisted adenoidectormy combined with tonsillec tomy and uvulopalatopharyngoplasty in children snore cases. Methods 72 patients diagnosed with children snore, in duced by tonsil hypertrophy in combination with adenoidal hypertrophy, were hospitalized in our department. All patients were treated with nasal endoscopicassisted adenoidectormy combined with tonsillectomy and uvulopalatopharyngoplasty. Clinical effects were observed for a least six months. Results After surgery, the 6monthed following was put in practice ; snore and buccal respiration and sleep apnea syndrome were obviously improved in all cases. Among 72 patients, 54 cases were fully recovered and the recovery rate was 75% , the other 18 cases were improved and the improvement rate was 25%. Conclusions The combined treatment of nasal endoscopicassisted adenoidectormy and tonsillectomy and uvulopalatopha ryngoplasty presented excellent effects on children snore, and deserves widespread application in clinic.
