摘要
目的探讨采用关节镜下治疗复发性肩关节前脱位的临床疗效。方法自2010年2月～2013年2月连续收治的复发性肩关节前脱位患者40例,均采用关节镜下治疗,回顾性分析其临床资料,观察并总结其疗效。结果与术前比较,患者术后VAS不稳定评分明显降低,肩关节平均前屈上举角度明显增加,平均外展90度外旋明显增加,Gonstant-Murley评分明显增加,随访显示无复发脱位。结论关节镜下治疗复发性肩关节前脱位,镜下实施Bankart重建手术,可改善预后,促进功能恢复,加速康复进程。
Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of treatment of recurrent anterior shoulder dislocation with arthroscopic. Methods A total of 40 cases with recurrent anterior shoulder dislocation patients were admitted to our hospital from February 2010 to February 2013, with arthroscopic treatment and their clinical data were reviewed. Results Compared with preoperative postoperative, VAS unstable score was significantly lower, flexion angle increased significantly, the average abduction 90 givers＇ spin increased significantly, Gonstant-Murley score increased signifieantly, and the followup showed no dislocation. Conclusion Arthroscopic treatment of recurrent anterior shoulder dislocation, the implemen- tation of the Bankart reconstruction surgery, can improve the prognosis, promote functional recovery, and speed up the recovery process.
