摘要
本文针对Z3040摇臂钻床当前电气控制系统中存在的不足进行研究,将Z3040摇臂钻床电气控制系统用PLC来进行改造设计。采用PLC进行改造后,使线路简化,降低了系统故障率,使其可靠性得到提高,极大地防止了由于电气控制系统故障造成的机械加工故障,响应加快,系统更加精确,给设备维护、检修带来方便,同时在成本上也合理,能够产生较大的经济效益。
This essay focuses on the research of the insufficiency existence in the current electrical control system of Z3040 radial drilling machine, applying PLC to carry on the reform design in Z3040 rocking drilling electrical control system. After the application of the PLC, it makes the line simplified, to reduce the system failure rate, and makes its reliability improvement. It also greatly prevents the electrical control system faults caused by mechanical processing faults, speeds up the response. The system is more accurate and to bring convenience to the equipment maintenance and overhaul. At the same time,the cost is more reasonable and it can bring large economic benefits.
