摘要
目的 :探讨肾肿瘤肾动脉血流的改变 ,为其定性诊断提供一项有价值的指标。方法 :采用彩色多普勒血流显像仪对 32例肾肿瘤患者及 30例正常者的肾动脉血流进行检测。结果 :恶性肿瘤患者肾动脉收缩期峰值血流速度 (υmax)高于良性肿瘤者及正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;阻力指数(RI)低于良性肿瘤者及正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1 )。而良性肿瘤者与正常对照组之间差异无显著性意义 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 :肾脏恶性肿瘤患者肾动脉血流收缩期 υmax增高和 RI降低可作为其定性诊断的一项有价值的指标。
Purpose:To find a valuable index for the qualitative diagnosis of renal tumor by color doppler analysis.Methods:The arteriorenal blood flow of 32 patients with renal tumor and 30 healthy person were investigated by color doppler analysis.Results:The arteriorenal systolie peak flow velocity of malignant tumor group was higher than that of the benign tumor group and the control group(P< 0.01 ); but the resistance index of the malignant tumor group was lower than that of the other two groups(P< 0.01 ). There was no significant difference between the benign tumor group and the control group in arteriorenal peak flow velocity and resistance index.Conclusions:The increase of arteriorenal systolie peak flow velocity and the decrease of resistance index were considered to be a valuable index for the qualitative diagnosis of malignant renal tumor.
