摘要
目的 :探讨肥胖对儿童心理认知能力和反应特性的影响程度 ,为早期预防儿童肥胖及儿童期健康教育提供若干参考。方法 :本研究通过对实验组与对照组剂量作业测验和视觉—运动反应时测定结果进行比较。结果 :试验组的阅读量、反应速度及大脑工作能力指数明显低于对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,而错误率高于对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。实验组各单色光反应时值和总反应时值均长于对照组。结论 :肥胖对儿童身体形态指标和机能指标都有影响。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of obesity on children′s psychological gnosia and reaction characteristics,and thereby to present the knowledge of how to prevent children′s premature obesity and how to carry out the mental health education.Methods:Loading test of work capacity and the reaction chronaxy of vision-movement were adopted and compared between obesity group and control group.Results:Reading capacity,reaction velocity and cerebral work capacity index of obesity group were significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.01) while the reading mistake rate was significantly higher in obesity group than that in control gronp (p<0.05).The reaction chronaxy of each monochromatic light and total reaction chronaxy of obese children were longer than that of controls.Conclusion:Obesity could seriously affect children′s parameters of physical constitution.
