Pilon骨折治疗及并发症防治的体会 被引量：1

摘要 探讨了胫骨Pilon骨折的临床治疗方法及并发症的预防。对37例复杂Pilon骨折行骨折切开复位、胫骨远端“L”型解剖锁定钢板内固定、植骨术。术后36例切口一期愈合，1例出现3mm的切口边缘坏死，经换药后愈合。本组随访10—30个月，平均19．3个月。骨痂出现时间为2—8个月。根据AOFAS评分系统进行评定：优24例，良10例，可3例，优良率为91．9％。选择合适的手术时机，建立完整的力线关系，充分植骨恢复关节面结构，坚强的内固定后早期锻炼，延期负重，才能更好地避免并发症的发生。
