摘要
利用现代分子生物学技术扩增获得草菇组织分离物与草菇出发菌株的RAPD和ITS的DNA指纹图谱 ,以此估算两者的DNA相似系数 ,并构建了遗传相关聚类图。结果表明 ,两者存在着一定的遗传差异。
The amplified DNA fingerprints from RAPD and ITS of Volvariella volvacea tissue isolates and parental strains were obtained by modern molecular biological techniques. The DNA similarity coefficients of V. volvacea strain and tissue isolate were estimated and cluster dendrogram was constructed based on the DNA fingerprints. The results showed that genetic variation existed between these two strains.
