摘要
目的研究从络辨证治疗成人股骨头坏死的疗效。方法将66例108髋患者辨证分型为络脉损伤、络脉血虚、络脉血瘀及络毒酝结四型。并根据不同证型给予相应的中药治疗。结果治疗后髋关节Harris评分较治疗前有显著增加,由61.25±10.28分增加到85.26±8.25分,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Harris评分优良率为80.6%。结论采用从络辨证治疗成人股骨头坏死具有较好的临床效果。
Objective To observe the the rapeutic differences of femoral head necrosis treated by drug treat-ment based on TCM differentiation. Methods Sixty-six patients with femoral head necrosis were treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine. Results According to the Hams Hip Scores, femoral head necrosis treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine got improve. Conclusion Treatment Femoral Head Necrosis has good therapeuticeffects based on TCM Differentiation.
