摘要
应急预案模拟现场演练是全面提高医护人员综合素质、急救能力和整体协调能力的有效方法。2011年11月-2013年5月武汉市某三甲医院通过对妇产科专业护士开展应急预案学习及模拟现场演练,即采用确定内容、制订计划、拟订演练方案、角色配置、现场实景模拟实施急救,演练结束后进行分析、总结等内容,使妇产科专科护士熟练掌握妇产科急救的知识和技能,切实提高妇产科专科护士的应急综合能力,并对改善医患关系、加强医院安全管理有积极的指导意义。
The simulated field exercise of contingency plan is an effective way to improve the overall quality, first - aid ability and coordination capability of healthcare practitioners. From November 2011 to May 2013, nurses in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in a Wuhan hospital studied the contingency plan and were trained in the simulated field, including confirming the content, making a plan, making an exercise scheme, assigning roles, emergency aiding in simulated field, analyzing and summarizing after the exercise. By carrying out the measures above, nurses in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology mastered the knowledge and skills for emergency aiding. Furthermore, the overall aiding skills of the nurses for emergencies were improved, and it is a positive guidance for alleviating the relationship between doctors and patients, as well as securing medical safety in hospitals.
