摘要
主要研究了彩色单组份聚氨酯地坪涂料的合成，利用反应型聚氨酯着色剂对其调色，同时结合单组份聚氨酯涂料的特点选取了合适的填料、溶剂、扩链剂、潜固化剂，并对它们的最佳用量进行了研究。由实验得出钛白粉和微细硅微粉作为填料，TMP／聚醚质量比为2．5／15，溶剂二甲苯／PMA质量比为16：10，NCO值在5％～7％，潜固化剂的用量为总量的1％～2％，制备的单组分聚氨酯地坪涂料性能良好。
The synthesis of one - component polyurethane colored floor coating was discussed. The reactive polyurethane colorants used to toning, and selected filler, solvent, extender, latent curing - agent combined with the characteristics of the PU, the best dosage of them was researched. Its performance was good by choosing TiO2 and micro silicon powder as fillers, TMP/polyether＇s mass ratio 2. 5/15, solvent XYL/PMA mass ratio 16/10, NCO 5% ~ 7%, latent curingagent dosage for volume was 1% -2% through the experiment.
