基于恒流桥的醇系物气体检测模型设计与实现

摘要 设计了一种基于恒流桥的SnO2气敏传感器检测模型,该模型利用恒流源实现气敏元件阻值与输出电压呈线性关系,以提高气敏传感器检测准确度.实验结果表明传感器阻值随甲醇、乙醇、丙醇气体浓度增加呈乘幂函数衰减规律变化,检测浓度范围为0~1569.00mg.m-3,并对一定浓度范围实验数据进行归一化处理,能进一步提高测量准确度. The SnO2 gas sensor detecting model was designed based on constant current bridge.The constant current was used to realize the gas sensor's resistance linear with output voltage,so that the detection accuracy of gas sensors was improved.The results show that sensor resistance decreases power function as the concentration of methanol,ethanol,propanol gases increases in the concentration range of 0-1569.00mg.m-3.The experimental data of a certain concentration were normalized,which improved the detection accuracy greatly.
