苦参中黄酮类成分薄层色谱鉴别研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究苦参的薄层色谱鉴别特征,建立苦参薄层色谱鉴别的专属性方法。方法:采用乙酸乙酯为提取溶剂,超声处理样品,硅胶G板分离鉴别苦参中黄酮类成分。结果:薄层色谱检出苦参酮、苦参醇Ⅰ、三叶豆紫檀苷、高丽槐素和槐属二氢黄酮G,色谱斑点清晰,能有效提供苦参的鉴别特征。结论:方法可行,重复性好,专属性强,为完善苦参薄层鉴别方法提供了实验资料和科学依据。 Objective: To develop an exclusive identifying method for Sophora flavescens by thin-layer chromatography (TLC). Methods: The experiments were performed on the plates of silica gel G by using general developing agents. Results: The constituents of flavonoids ( trifolirhizin, maackiain, kushenol I, kurarinone, sophoraflavanone G )in Sophora flavescens were separated and identified respectively. Conclusion: The method is practicable repeatable, and exclusive, could be adopted as a standard for the quality control of Sophora flavescens.
