低温对番茄叶片POD活性及其同工酶的影响 被引量:16

摘要 在(13±1)℃/(7±1) ℃的低温条件下研究了不同处理时间对番茄苗期和坐果期 POD活性及其同工酶的影响。结果表明:随处理时间延长,番茄叶片中的 POD活性增高,苗期在处理6d后增加幅度较大,坐果期 POD活性低于苗期。低温处理苗期耐低温品系6d时出现一条R_f=0.625的新酶带,而不耐低温品系处理10d后才出现;低温处理坐果期番茄叶片无新酶带的出现,只表现为活性的增强。苗期 R_f= 0.625, 0.6375;坐果期 R_f=0.6, 0.625的同工酶谱带与番茄的耐低温性有关。番茄苗期与坐果期对低温的敏感程度近似相同,但坐果期比苗期耐低温能力弱。 The effect of different low temperature(13± l) ℃ /(7± l)℃ treatment time on Peroxidase (POD) activities and its isoenzyme during seedling stage and fruit-set period was studied. The results showed that POD activities were increased by low temperature in tomato leaves. During seedling Stage, POD activities had a rapid increase after 6d. treatment; a new isoenzymic band appeared (R, =0.625) after ed. treatment in low temperature tolerant line, but the bend appeared after 10d. treatment in low temperature sensitive line. POD activities in fruit-set period were lower than that in seedling stage. There was no new isoenzymic band during fruit--set period, but 2 isoenzymic bands intensities were increased by low temperature. There was a relationship between boenzymic bands (R_f =0.625p0.6375 in Sealling stage; R_f=0.6p0.625 in fruit--set period) and low temperature tolerance in tomato. The sensitivity to temperature was same for seedling stage and fruit--set period, approximately. Bat the low temperature tolerance of fruit--set period was lower than that in seedling stage.
