摘要
用电镜对盐胁迫下小花碱茅根、茎、叶各器官的超微结构研究表明 ,小花碱茅对盐胁迫在超微结构上的适应性表现为叶的叶绿体内产生大量脂质球 ,而茎内叶绿体有淀粉粒大量积累 ,脂质球和淀粉粒二者的增加既弥补了因盐胁迫损伤造成的供能不足 ,又提高了渗透压 ,它们都是抗盐的方式 ;叶绿体的内、外膜及片层结构正常 ,线粒体的内、外膜及嵴也清晰可见 ,但叶绿体内类囊体的排列发生紊乱 ,这既是盐害的反应 ,同时它又具有正常的光合功能 。
The ultrastructure of Puccinellia tenuiflora under different salinity stress was studied and the results obtained are as follows: Many lipid droplets in the chloroplasts of leaves and many starch grains in the chloroplasts of stems were produced supplying the energy deficiency caused by salinity stress damage, increasing the osmotic pressure, all of these are the salt resistance ways, membrane extern and membrane intern and lamellar structure of chloroplast were not damaged, membrane externa and membrane intern and cristae of mitochondria could be seen clearly, while the arrange of the chloroplast was out of order. These results demonstrates that P. tenuiflora has strong salt resistance ability.
