摘要
在不同浓度NAA +BAP组合共 16种处理下 ,对甘肃红豆草愈伤组织诱导及其体细胞胚发生研究结果表明 :在NAA +BAP组合中除无NAA处理外 ,其余处理在形成愈伤组织上无显著性差异 ,其中LS +0 .2mg/lNAA +2mg/lBAP处理对上胚轴外植体的愈伤组织诱导率和生长得分最高 ;而愈伤组织诱导培养基 +2mg/lNAA +5mg/lBAP上的愈伤组织在无激素LS分化培养基上体细胞胚分化率最高 ,达 70 %。
The induction of callus and somatic embryogenesis in Onobrychis viciaefolia Scop. cv. ‘Gansu’ was studied on 16 kind mediums containing different combination of NAA+BAP. The results indicated that all these treatments have no significant difference except the treatment which has no NAA. In these combinations the highest induction frequencies of callus and growth could be obtained on medium containing LS+ 0.2mg/l NAA+2mg/l BAP by using the explants: hypocotyl. The highest somatic embryogenesis (70%) was obtained on medium containing LS which has no hormone by using the callus gotten on the medium containing LS+2mg/l NAA+5mg/l BAP.
