Nb_(1-x)W_xSe_2的制备及其摩擦学性能研究

摘要 通过W掺杂固相合成Nb1-xWxSe2,采用X射线衍射、扫描电镜、透射电子显微镜分析了样品中的相成分、微观形貌和元素成分;结果表明随着W掺杂量的增加,其形貌有较大的不同:形貌由规则的微米六方片转变为不规则纳米片和纳米带的混合,且其晶向的相对强度也随W掺杂量的不同发生一定改变。将Nb1-xWxSe2作为润滑油添加剂添加到基础油中,使用UMT-2型摩擦磨损试验机对其摩擦学性能进行测试,并对摩擦机理进行了解释。结果表明:NbSe2六方片作为润滑油添加剂具有良好的减摩抗磨性能,且掺杂W后的Nb1-xWxSe2作为润滑油添加剂的摩擦性能要优于纯的NbSe2,其中以W掺杂量为3%时的Nb1-xWxSe2,其含量为5%(质量比)时的油样摩擦性能最佳,并提出其减摩机理。 The W-doped,Nb1-xWxSe2 powder materials were synthesized by solid state reaction.The influence of the synthesis conditions on the mechanical properties of the Nb1-xWxSe2 powder was evaluated.The morphologies and properties were characterized with X-ray diffraction,energy dispersive spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy,and conventional mechanical probes.The preliminary results show that the W-doping significantly improves the tribological properties of the lubricant additive NbSe2,and that an increased W-content turned the uniform micro-hexagonal plates into a mixture of nano-sheets and nano-ribbons.The optimized W-content was estimated to be 3%,and 5%(wt) of Nb1-xWxSe2 was the best lubricant additive of the base-oil.The possible mechanisms responsible for the decrease of friction coefficient and increase of wear resistance were also tentatively discussed.
