石墨炉原子吸收光谱法分析酒中的钴 被引量:6

摘要 以三甲基苄基氯化铵 (TMBAC)和硫氰化钾为络合剂 ,在适宜的酸度条件下 ,用氯仿萃取 (TMBAC) Con+ CNS- 的络合物 ,分离Con +和维生素B1 2 ,用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法加基体改进剂测定Con+和维生素B1 2 中的钴。由于维生素B1 2 既不溶于氯仿亦不被三甲基苄基氯化铵络合 ,与Con +的分离效果甚佳。 Trimethly benzyl ammonia chloride (TMBAC) and potassium sulfocyanate were used as complexants of cobalt. Co n + and Vitamin B 12 were separated by exacting (TMBAC)Co n + SCN - into chloroform. Under a suitable acidity condition,when basal body improver was added Co n + and Co n + combined with Vitamin B 12 were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS).The separation of Co n + and Vitamin B 12 was effective because Vitamin B 12 can not be dissolved in chloroform and can not be combined with TMBAC. The method was economic, easy and better than others.
