摘要
超高相对分子质量聚乙烯 (UHMWPE)微孔材料中的微孔结构是通过热致相分离方法 (ThermallyInducedPhaseSeparation ,TIPS)形成的。TIPS过程涉及到聚合物 -溶剂二元体系 ,二元体系的相分离过程对微观结构的形成有很大影响。通过UHMWPE 石蜡油二元体系平衡态和非平衡态相图的测定 ,利用扫描电子显微镜 (SEM )研究了二元体系的相分离过程以及不同冷却速度下形成的微观结构。
The Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene(UHMWPE) microporous material is formed by Thermally Induced Phase Separation(TIPS). The method is related to a polymer diluent binary system. In TIPS, the phase separation has great effects on resulting structure of UHMWPE microporous material. Equilibrium and non equilibrium phase diagrams of UHMWPE mineral oil binary system are measured and discussed in the paper. Scanning electronic microscope(SEM) is used to determine the formation mechanism of the different microstructures and to research the effect of quenching speed on the phase separation.
