In order to improve the environment, and to meet production, development and market demand, Suzhou Fine Chemical Group co. ,Ltd. recently constructed a technically-advanced 300 kt/a sulfur-based sulfuric acid plant. The article describes the process technology and process flow of the plant,features and selection of the main blower, the sulfur burner,the converter and other critical equipment,use of waste heat,and selection of automatic control option.
