淀粉成纤加工过程中的变性方法 被引量:1

摘要 综述了淀粉材料的变性方法及其在改善淀粉加工性能方面的应用.同时,对淀粉纤维的发展作了较为详细的论述,指出由于淀粉可再生、可降解、成本低,淀粉纤维未来的应用前景将十分广阔. The modification and processing of starch are of great importance due to easy accessibility, regeneration and biodegradau'on of starch. Current methods of starch modification and processing are discussed. Their applications on fiber have expanded the using area of starch from food industry to wearing materials, nonwovens, sanitary textiles, papermaking, etc. It is also pointed out that new methods are still left to be explored since the structure and morphology of starch is different from other polymers.
