摘要
采用离子束辅助沉积技术在奥氏体不锈钢基体材料表面制备纯铝涂层 ,尔后在 4 0 0℃大气环境中氧化得到Al+Al2 O3复合涂层。试验结果表明 ,该复合涂层具有优良的阻氢性能 ,在 2 0 0℃ ,2 4MPa热充氢 168h时其阻氢效率仍在 70 %以上。
Pure aluminum coating was prepared on the austenite stainless steel substrate by ion beam deposition,and then oxidized in atmosphere at 400 ℃.The Al Al2O3 multi layer coating obtained had its 70%efficiency to prevent hydrogen permeation after 168 h ,200 ℃and 24 MPa hydrogen charging.
