摘要
本课题研究的科研课题管理系统涵盖科研课题管理工作所有环节,涉及到科研资源、科研项目、科研成果(著作/论文/专利/鉴定成果)、成果获奖、论文索引、学术交流、科研情况、科研考评与上报数据十个方面,基于互联网为科研工作提供先进、实用的信息化管理手段,为科研人员及管理人员提供简便、快捷的网络化信息服务;能够适应教育科学类以及综合性高校的要求,能够建立符合自身特殊需要的个性化科研课题管理规范。
Scientific research management system in this research covers all aspects of scientific research management work,involving ten aspects such as the research resources,research projects,research results（work /papers / patents / identification results）,awards,papers,academic exchanges,scientific research,scientific research evaluation and reporting.It provides the advanced,practical information management method based on the Internet for scientific research work,and also provides a simple,efficient network information service for scientific research personnel and management personnel.It is adapted to education science and comprehensive university requirements.It can establish the personalized scientific research management specification to meet special needs.
