摘要
当前,高职教育传统教学模式还存在一定的弊端,影响了高职院校办学水平和学生就业竞争力的提高。为此,高职院校在人才培养过程中应推行以案例、项目为核心的教学模式改革,尽早开展专业定位与职业规划教育;进一步拓展实训基地功能,将实训基地提升为师生创新基地;确定人才培养目标,多途径解决经费问题,积极开展以案例为核心的教学模式改革探索。
Currently, the traditional teaching mode in higher vocational colleges has some drawbacks, which affects the improvement of col- lege-running level and students' employment competitiveness. Therefore, in the talent training process, higher vocational colleges should carry out the reform of the teaching mode which is cored on cases and projects, and develop the specialty orientation and career planning education as soon as possible. Colleges should also further expand the function of training bases and develop the training bases to be the innovation bases of teachers and students. Besides, colleges should determine the talent training objectives, solve financial problems by many ways, and actively develop the reform exploration of the teaching mode which is cored on cases.
