摘要
绩效驱动机制是高职院校内涵发展的主要动力源,绩效驱动的主要手段是绩效考核。绩效考核应追求正向驱动力的最大化而力避负面影响。绩效驱动机制的考核指标体系设计应体现其应有的逻辑起点,绩效考核的实施应优化顶层设计,区分指标特性并追求信息化、自动化。
The driving mechanism of performance is a main motive source for higher vocational schools' connotation development. The main approach of this driving mechanism is evaluation of performance. The evaluation system should pursue the maximization of positive driving force, and avoid negative effect. So the design of this evaluation system should reflect its initial logic point. As to implemen- ting the evaluation system of performance, it is important to optimize the top-level design, distinguish features of the targets while a- chieving informatization and automation.
