摘要
运用文献资料法,对生态学模型及其环境结构进行理论分析,阐述了影响个体锻炼行为的环境因素和个体因素及其相互关系。运用生态学理论,从政策、学校体育教学、社会支持、个体等层面来探讨生态学模型在我国青少年课外体育锻炼中的应用。
Ecological model and its construction of environment are theoretically analyzed by the method of literature review. The factors including environment and individual and the relation between each other which can influence individual behavior of exer- cise are fully explained. By using the ecological theory, the application of ecological model in extracurricular physical exercise of adolescents is discussed from the aspects of policy, school physical education, social support and individual.
