摘要
在深入分析新经济条件下高校图书馆建设和社会大众教育需求的基础之上,认为高校图书馆社会化是适应新的经济社会环境的唯一出路。文章以四川省南充市为例,提出从4个方面实现高校图书馆社会化的路径:整合有限的资源,提高信息利用率;建立读者信用评价体系,保障信息资源的安全;加快数字化图书馆建设,为读者提供便利;实现高效管理,强化服务意识。
