摘要
为探究笔者自行研制的硼系复合处理剂的阻燃性能及其协同作用,采用锥形量热法对硼系复合处理剂的热释放速率、总热释放量、有效燃烧热等进行检测,结果表明,四水八硼酸二钠、硼酸及硫酸镁之间存在阻燃协同效应,该复合处理剂处理材的热释放速率、总热释放量、有效燃烧热等降低,阻燃效果良好。
Fire resistance of wood samples treated with boron-based wood preservative (D-B-M) were tested by a cone calorimeter. The preservative was a mixture of disodium octoborate tetrahydrate (DOT), boric acid (BA) and magnesium sulfate (MgSO4). Testing results indicated that there was a synergistic effect among the mixed components. The heat release rate, total heat release and the yield of COz of D-B-M treated samples decreased considerably.
