摘要
以高密度聚乙烯薄膜为胶黏剂制备无甲醛杨木胶合板,采用响应面方法优化胶合板的制备工艺。结果表明:热压温度、热压时间、薄膜用量对胶合板的胶合强度均有显著影响,热压温度和时间对胶合强度的交互影响显著。在优化工艺条件下制备的胶合板,胶合强度达1.68MPa,满足标准GB/T 9846.3-2004中II类胶合板的使用要求。
High density polyethylene (HDPE) film was used as adhesive to make formaldehyde- free Poplar plywood. Response Surface Methodology (RSM) was used to optimize the processing technology for the plywood. The authors found that the bonding strength of the plywood was affected greatly by pressing temperature, pressing time as well as the film usage. The interaction effects between the pressing temperature and time were significant. The plywood bonding strength could reach 1.68 MPa under the optimum processing conditions as following: 152 ℃ of pressing temperature, 1.1 ram/rain of pressing time, 264. 92 g/m2 of film usage, and could meet the requirement for type II plywood according to the National Standard of GB/T 9846. 3-2004.
