摘要
从时代变革和高等教育的改革和发展的背景上观照作为高等教育一个特殊层次的师专 ,其改革和发展的步伐落后于基础教育、经济和社会发展的需要的现状。分析了师专教育与基础教育、“社会转型”、高等教育大众化等相关因素的关系 ,指出了师专教育面临的挑战 ,并就师专教育在高等教育发展的大格局中 ,如何选择发展模式提出了建议。
From the background of the reformation and development of higher education in the reformation of the era 3-year teachers' education, a special stage in higher education, is backward in the needs of basic education, economics and social development, This pnper has meac analysesm the relationship among teachers' education, basic education, social reformation and higher education. And it points out that 3-year teachers' education is facing challenge and at the same time some suggestions have been made in how to choose the structure and mode of the development of teachers' education.
