摘要
为研究催化剂对超声污泥好氧消化的作用,采用最佳参数28 kHz,声能密度0.1 W/mL和不同超声时间下,对投加4种催化剂(10g煤粉、20 g煤粉、CaCl2、CaO)的污泥进行预处理(简称催化污泥),研究了消化过程中COD、TP、NH3-H、pH的变化趋势,同时与未投加催化剂污泥(简称空白)作对照。结果表明,在最佳超声波条件下,煤粉作为催化剂对消化污泥的COD释放有促进作用,并与煤粉使用量成正比;煤粉和CaCl2作为催化剂对消化污泥的pH影响、TP以及NH3-N的释放作用不大;CaO对消化污泥的pH的影响、COD、NH3-N和TP的释放促进作用明显,污泥呈碱性;4种催化剂中,CaO作为催化剂促进消化污泥裂解效果最明显,CaCl2的催化效果不明显。
In order to investigate the ultrasonic sludge aerobic digestion by catalyst,addited catalyst(10 g、20 g pulverized coal,1 g CaCl2,1 g CaO) into sludge,the parameters of COD、TP、NH3-H、pH were measured in aerobic digestion by the optimal ultrasonic treatment(28 kHz ultrasonic frequency,0.1 W.mL-1ultrasonic density and different ultrasonic time).It showed that in the optimal ultrasonic treatment,pulverized coal as a catalyst of digested sludge COD release has promoting effect,and is proportional to the pulverized coal usage;Pulverized coal and CaCl2as a catalyst for the influence of the pH、TP and NH3-N releasing effect is not big;CaO as a catalyst for the pH、COD、NH3-N and TP release promoting effect is obvious,the influence of sludge alkaline;Four kinds of catalysts,CaO as a catalyst to promote digestion sludge pyrolysis effect is most obvious,CaCl2catalytic effect is not obvious.
