摘要
考察了Pt/SDB(聚苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯)催化剂在常温时催化氧化液相中H2的催化性能,系统地研究了催化剂载体、Pt担载量、还原温度和水流量对催化性能的影响。结果表明,催化剂的疏水性和平均孔径是影响催化剂催化性能的两个最主要因素,疏水性越好,平均孔径越大越有利于催化反应的发生;6.0%Pt/SDB1催化剂的活性高于相同金属担载量的Pt/SDB2、Pt/SDB3、Pt/Al2O3,其在空速10000 h-1,水流量30L/h,温度70~90℃时H2转化率达到100%;Pt/SDB1在150℃下还原时获得较小的金属颗粒和较高的Pt(111)晶面比例,催化活性最好。水流量过高或过低都会对催化剂催化性能造成影响。
Catalytic oxidation H2 in the liquid-phase at room temperature was studied over the SDB-supported platinum catalyst.The effects of supports,Pt loading,reductive temperature and water flow on the catalyst activity were investigated systematically.The results showed that hydrophobicity and average pore size were two important factors of catalyst,the more hydrophobic,and the bigger average pore size,catalytic reaction was easer happened;H2 conversion of 100 % was achieved on the 6.0 % Pt/SDB1 catalyst at GHSV of 10000 h-1,water flow of 30 L/h and 70~90 ℃,superior to that on the Pt/SDB2,Pt/SDB3,Pt/Al2O3 catalyst.Smaller platinum particle size and higher Pt(111) crystal plane proportion were gained on the Pt/SDB1 catalyst reduced at 150 ℃,and the best catalytic activity.The catalytic activity of catalyst was affected when the water flow was too high or too low.
