摘要
汽车金属零部件的腐蚀不仅影响其质量和使用寿命,而且会导致环境污染和交通事故,因此对零件防腐性能的检验至关重要。文章介绍了中性盐雾试验、醋酸盐雾试验、氯化铜-醋酸加速盐雾试验以及循环腐蚀试验4种常用的盐雾试验,对4种典型的试验方法和评判原则进行分析,从而得到金属盐雾腐蚀试验应从设计过程、材料选择及涂覆工艺3个方面进行改善,以期提高汽车金属零部件的耐腐蚀性能。
Corrosion of auto metal parts not only affects quality and life, but also leads to environmental pollution and traffic accidents, therefore the testing for corrosive performance of auto parts is very important. This paper introduces NSS, AASS,CASS and cycle corrosive test, and then analyzes the test method and evaluation principle of NSS, AASS, CASS, cycle corrosive test, at last, the way to improve the anti-corrosive performance of auto metal parts from design, material and painting is discovered.
