摘要
塔里木油田公司在塔里木盆地拥有多个天然气处理站,对于压力较高的气站,可采用节流膨胀制冷的工艺技术。但是对于多数油田伴生气,气井压力并不能满足节流制冷的条件。为此,常选用丙烷制冷的天然气处理工艺技术,集中对天然气进行脱水、脱烃处理,并取得了满意的效果。介绍了天然气处理工艺、丙烷制冷原理及其应用的特点。
Tarim Oilfield Company in the Tarim Basin has a number of gas processing stations, for high pressure gas sta- tions, can be throttling expansion refrigeration technology. However, for the majority of oil associated gas, gas pressure does not meet the conditions for throttling refrigeration. To do this, use propane refrigeration gas processing technology, fo- cused on natural gas dehydration, hydrocarbon processing, and achieved satisfactory results. This paper introduces the gas treatment process. ProPane refrigeration nrinciDle and its annlication characteristics.
